Unless labeled with a date, the retreats listed are not finalized with dates or industry/role group - the retreat will be assigned an industry group once we have gotten enough responses to signify interest. GetOut is activity agnostic (this is just the start!), if you don’t see your favorite activity listed yet but are interested, please click the I’m Interested button and give us your details. Many more retreats will be listed in the future covering a variety of activities.

Each hosted retreat follows these Core Tenants:

  • Our retreats are enjoyed by a curated group of professionals with a shared passion for an activity

  • Retreats are activity-based but when appropriate and/or possible, light, industry-specific programming will be included

  • We do our best to choose reasonably accessible locations (driving distance from a major city or regional airport is always considered)

  • The opportunity to make real connections and friendships that will endure is our mission

  • Safety will always be a top priority for any outdoor activity

  • No trust falls!
